This is the order form for our team roster shirts. This will have each players name and our teams AMAZING sponsors! The shirts will not be printed until the orders are placed and paid for. I would like to get all orders by the end of next. I will also have forms at practice.

Tip: Take the weekend to mold mouth pieces, tighten chin straps and tighten shoulder pads to properly fit your player. Try to pack your player?s equipment in a duffle bag so you?re already to go and nothing gets left behind. Make sure they drink LOTS of water to hydrate for practice.

It it is that time of year again-fundraising! I have attached sponsorship forms. This will help our team raise funds for the banquet, swag, equipment, etc. This is how we support the WILDCATS! I will also have forms available during conditioning.
